To apply to have a registration authority decision reviewed by the Trans-Tasman Occupations Tribunal, you need to complete an application form and submit it with the $604.20 filing fee. You can do this by post or in person at the address below.
Please make all cheques payable to the Ministry of Justice. Do not send cash in the post.
