How to file an appeal with the Taxation Review Authority if you don’t agree with your tax assessment or an Inland Revenue decision.
To file an appeal with the Taxation Review Authority, you need to complete a notice of claim form and pay the appeal fee of $408.89.
You can send us your application by post or in person. Please make cheques payable to the Ministry of Justice, and do not send cash in the post.
