Application fees for the Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal.
There is no filing fee for a standards committee or the Legal Complaints Review Officer to lay a charge with the Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal.
There is no fee to make a complaint. The professional body filing any charge is responsible for paying all costs it incurs, and it may seek a contribution from the person charged. The Tribunal, as part of its determination on a charge, may order the person charged to pay some or all of the costs incurred.
The fee from 1 July 2011 onwards is $316.70 for all other applications made to the Tribunal.
