The fee for lodging a residence class visa appeal (Form 1 PDF, 1.4 Mb) is $550.
There is no lodgement fee for a refugee and protection status appeal (Form 2 PDF, 815 Kb) application.
The fee for lodging a deportation appeal by a resident/permanent resident (Form 3 PDF, 978 Kb), or cancelled refugee and/or protection status person (Form 4 PDF, 1.4 Mb) is $550.
The fee for lodging a humanitarian appeal against deportation (Form 5 PDF, 1.5 Mb) is $550.
