How to apply to the Accident Compensation Appeals District Court Registry.

If you are not satisfied with a review decision by ACC's Disputes Resolution Services relating to your ACC claim, you can appeal this decision to the Accident Compensation Appeals District Court Registry.

To lodge an appeal, you need to complete the notice of appeal form below and send it to us within 28 days of receiving the review decision. You need to include a copy of the review decision that you would like to appeal against with your notice of appeal form.
