If your jury service has previously been deferred (put off) please complete the Response to Jury Summons - Previously deferred form | 717 KB.
Once you have completed the appropriate response form please return by email or post directly to the District or High Court that summoned you for jury service. You can find a complete list of court contact details, including email addresses, through the courts page on this site.
